No. The intake session and bot testing work entirely within AdaDid — no website, no code, no setup required. If you want to embed your bot on an existing site, the brief includes the code to do that. It works on any HTML site, Squarespace, Framer, WordPress, and most other platforms. If you need a full site built with Ada embedded from the start, that is what the Concierge tier delivers.

Yes. The Explorer tier is completely free — no card required, no trial period that expires. You get 10 intake credits to run your session with Ada and 5 test credits to experience your bot once the brief is ready. The brief you generate is yours to download and keep regardless of whether you ever pay anything. If you want to go deeper, Builder ($3), Pro ($35), and Concierge (from $333) are available whenever you're ready.

Enter your name and email, then Ada begins a focused consultation. She asks about your discipline, services, pricing, process, ideal clients, tone, boundaries, and more. She is not a form — she asks real follow-up questions, probes where you are vague, and moves on when you are clear. A readiness score tracks progress live from 0 to 100%. At 85% or above, your brief is complete. You have 10 free exchanges to start — enough to build a solid foundation brief.

The readiness score is a live measure of how much Ada knows about your practice — from 0 to 100%. It climbs as you answer more questions with depth and specificity. A score of 85% or above means your brief has enough material to produce a capable bot. A higher score means a stronger bot. You can end the session at any point and download your brief, but the more depth you provide, the more useful your bot will be.

When your 10 free exchanges are used, a gate appears. You can download your foundation brief immediately at no charge — it is yours regardless. To continue building depth, upgrade to Builder ($3 for 50 exchanges) or Pro ($35 for 150). You can also move credits between your intake and test pools in the Wallet tab. Your credits are added to your account the moment payment is confirmed via Selar.

Yes. Start a new session with Ada and go deeper on any area — pricing psychology, edge cases, difficult client scenarios, tone refinements. Each session adds to what Ada knows. Test your bot, find a gap, and you know exactly what to cover next. The brief gets stronger with every pass. There is no ceiling on how well-trained your bot can become.

The brief is the structured document Ada compiles from your session. It contains everything your bot needs to know — your services, pricing, process, tone, client criteria, and rules. You can download it, share it with a developer, or use it as a reference. On Builder and Pro tiers it also includes a copy-paste implementation guide for platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, and Framer. The brief is yours to keep whether you pay anything or not.

Once your brief is ready, open My Account from the navigation and sign in with your email. Go to the Test Your Bot tab, give your bot a name, and click Launch. A simulated website environment appears with your bot in the corner — exactly as it would look on your live site. Talk to it as a real client would. Where it falls short is a gap to fill with more sessions.

Yes. Sign in via My Account — your brief loads automatically from your account. If it does not appear, a paste field is available in the Test Your Bot tab. Copy your downloaded brief into it and your bot comes alive immediately. No new session required. Your test credits are separate from your intake credits so testing never costs you intake capacity.

Your brief and transcript are visible only to you and the platform admin. Your data is stored in an encrypted database, never sold, never used to train AI models, and never shared with advertisers. All conversations run through the Anthropic Claude API under their privacy-compliant policies. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@adadid.com.

Click My Account in the navigation. Enter your email and request a verification code — it arrives in your inbox within seconds. Enter the 6-digit code to sign in. Your credits, brief, and session data are all restored automatically. No password required. No account creation. Just your email and the code.

Payments are handled by Selar — a trusted Nigerian payment platform that supports cards, bank transfer, and USSD. AdaDid does not store your card details. Credits are added to your wallet the moment payment is confirmed. If payment is confirmed but credits have not appeared after a few minutes, sign out and back in — or contact info@adadid.com with your payment reference.

Explorer (free) gives you 10 exchanges — enough for a foundation brief and a basic bot test. Builder ($3) gives 50 exchanges for full personality depth and a copy-paste implementation guide. Pro ($35) gives 150 exchanges with advanced logic mapping, edge case and scenario training, and direct implementation support. Concierge (from $333) is a complete digital build — full website, Ada trained and embedded, deployed and hosted by Nnanna. All tiers produce the same quality of bot. The difference is depth, not the product itself.

Yes. Sign into My Account and open the Wallet tab. You can transfer credits between your intake pool (used for sessions with Ada) and your test pool (used to test your bot). This lets you rebalance based on what you need — more session depth or more bot testing time. Transfers take effect immediately.

Concierge is a complete digital build delivered by Nnanna Okorie Uma personally. He designs and builds your full website, trains Ada on your practice through a dedicated briefing session, embeds the bot, and handles hosting on Vercel with Cloudflare DNS. You end up with a live, professional website with a working AI front desk — deployed, tested, and ready. Starting from $333, with scope defined per project.

Concierge sites are built as static HTML on Vercel — fast, secure, and built to last without monthly CMS fees. Cloudflare handles DNS and edge caching. Ada is embedded as a floating widget powered by the Anthropic Claude API, with your brief injected as context on every conversation. The stack is designed for permanence and performance, not for the convenience of a builder tool you'll eventually outgrow.
